CCHS Academics Welcome

Our desire is for our students to be ready and prepared for their futures. As an incoming Freshman, you will begin a four-year college track. Although high school graduation requirements and college admission requirements may sound similar, there are some distinct differences. Our students have attended a wide range of colleges, universities, vocational schools, and Bible colleges. Our four-year planner is modeled after the California State University and the University of California requirements for admission; that way we know if you follow the guide, you will have completed all the necessary coursework required for admission. Your grades in these classes will determine your choices of colleges/universities when you graduate.

Workshops are offered for students and parents to learn graduation and college admission requirements as well as financial planning. We have several College Admission Counselors that visit our campus each year and meet with our students to discuss admission requirements and life on their campus. Additionally, we host the annual Christian College Fair in October where the admission counselors from over thirty-five different colleges and universities are on campus to meet with you.

Every student is given an account to Naviance, our online resource containing information on college and career search engines linked to colleges in the United States. Finally, we are here to pray with you, to help plan for your future, and to guide you toward where the Lord wants you to be, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

In Him,
